First Call Ambulance Service is devoted to employing responsible, courteous and caring individuals. They are clinically licensed and certified in the capacities in which they serve. Equally important, they are ambassadors for our company – meeting the unique needs of our healthcare customers, patients and their families.
All personnel on our ambulances are licensed:
We pride ourselves on having a team who communicates well with our customers and the patients we are transporting. We understand when family members serve as caregivers, and we seek to help them navigate a complex healthcare environment where clinical, insurance, billing, legal and other aspects often create challenges.
The First Call team has integrity and accountability. Our organization has numerous checks and balances in place to assure complete regulatory compliance. Onsite continuing education classes are required for our team. We track changes with programs such as Medicare and TennCare on a daily and weekly basis to ensure that our processes and documentation are the best they can be for the people we serve.
Mike Ross, President, leads the First Call Ambulance Service team. He has built the company on exceptional service and a commitment to the highest levels of training and professional development for his employees. Ross also established a commitment to staffing the company’s ambulances not with “drivers,” but always with licensed Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and paramedics. This assures professional clinical care for patients who are transported and the healthcare providers who rely on us.
