The Training and Education Division is dedicated to supporting the goals of First Call Ambulance Service as reflected in our Mission Statement of our division.

To provide the highest quality of pre-hospital education, First Call Ambulance Service Education Department places emphasis on personal and professional growth and development, integrity and professionalism;

With a positive, caring attitude toward Our customers, Co-Workers, associated and non-associated agencies;

To constantly strive, through customer service and employee feedback, to constantly upgrade our education when necessary and feasible, and by continuing to educate and excel with pre-hospital education

To achieve these goals, the Training Department manages several programs geared toward leadership no matter how one begins his or her experience with our company. Those programs begin with New Employee Orientation Program and a Field Training Officer Mentor Program. These are the beginning steps to our newly hired staff to become accustomed to our procedures and protocols, so they may give the best patient care possible. After the initial training we encourage our employees to pursue further education and as an employer we are proud to be able to offer this service to our employees.
