Our multiple locations allow us to serve healthcare professionals and patients throughout Tennessee and Mississippi. We serve a variety of healthcare facilities, including:
We also provide many value-added services for contracted healthcare facilities. These include offering CPR classes to staff, CME classes at the facility, and in-service education training on insurance and ACLS, PALS and ITLS certification for staff.
Customer service at First Call encompasses the unique needs of healthcare facilities and patients. Our dialysis transport, for example, requires an updated certificate of “Medical Necessity” every 60 days. First Call automatically contacts the physician for renewal. Also, as a courtesy, we weigh the patient incoming and outgoing from the dialysis center. Coordination between our dispatchers and the clinic result in more efficient pick-up times.
Our computer-aided dispatch system, global positioning satellite system and state-of-the-art medical equipment ensure that we provide the most efficient, safe and advanced clinical care for every transport. We specialize in long-distance transports, even for those with specialty clinical care needs such as ventilators and bariatric services.
